AquaMax™ P 400
4-Color Process, Mixing, & Spot Colors
AquaMax™ P 400 series water-base flexo inks are optimized for paper, board, envelope and folding carton stocks running on 360-600 LPI (2-3 BCM) anilox roller-equipped flexographic presses. Use of AquaMax™ P 400 is not recommended for non-absorbent substrates and plastic films. AquaMax™ P 400 series inks are strongly pigmented (25% more pigmented than AquaMax™ P 200), color strength-balanced, press-ready base mixing inks, and are part of a complete blending system that is suitable for automatic ink dispensers.
Kerley Ink has designed AquaMax™ inks to be considerably more stable in-fountain than the majority of water-based flexo inks in the market by integrating a very forgiving amine neutralizing system for longer runs between pH adjustments. In addition, all AquaMax™ P series inks are free of mineral fillers like clay extenders, so color strength and print fidelity are optimized.
For less than 360 LPI anilox systems, please use our AquaMax™ P 200 series.
Like many other Kerley Ink products, AquaMax™ can be fine-tuned in strength and viscosity for your press on a special-need basis….also AquaMax™ bases can be pre-blended to hundreds of new colors direct from Kerley Ink.
Have it your way!
