UViGlo WEB GLOSS is a UV-curable mirror-finish, roller applicator-applied coating designed for use on heatset web offset presses. UViGlo GLOSS cures to a clear, water-white, glossy finish due to Kerley's exclusive use of our non-yellowing Exocure BPW photoinitiator package. Cure is instant and hard enough to be scuff-resistant.

UViGlo WEB GLOSS coating cures to a very tough, flexible film and can be used for a variety of applications such as brochures, catalogs and folding cartons. UViGlo WEB GLOSS coating can be applied to both inked and non-inks paper surfaces. UViGlo WEB GLOSS coating contains wax.

UViGlo GLOSS coating requires the use of an absorbent substrate like paper or board stocks, or a primer coat, or a surface treatment to increase surface energy on non-absorbent substrates (ie: plastic) in order to ensure excellent adhesion.

UViGlo GLOSS coating is produced ITX-free. Contains Benzophenone.
