Ecobright™ Lo VIS Free-Flow, Bio-based Vehicle
Soybeans Soya Beans

Resin... a very large part of all ink vehicles is typically supplied as a hard, crystalline flake like the sample above. Kerley Ink takes resin and other ingredients and cooks them together to make millions of pounds of ink vehicles and varnishes every year.

Use EcoBright Vehicle LO VIS to increase flow and decrease viscosity of zero-VOC, vegetable oil-based offset inks. EcoBright Vehicle LO VIS is drier-reactive. It is ideal for use on ink which will be printed on non-absorbent surfaces such a plastic films.

An ideal complement to EcoBright Vehicle, EcoBright LO VIS helps to soften gel structure and works ideally for "stiff bodied" inks that use metal salt pigments like Lithol Rubine or Red Lake "C".

When necessary, we recommend that cobalt and manganese driers be used with Ecobrite LO Vis Vehicle in order to assure a hard cure takes place after impression, especially on high-holdout coated stocks and non-porous plastic films.

EcoBright Lo Vis Vehicle has a bio/renewables content of approximately 82%.
